A dashboard full of "conversations handled" numbers feels like proof something is working, but usage isn't the same as value. Here's how to measure the thing that actually matters.
A high number of conversations just means people are talking to it — it doesn't tell you whether those conversations turned into leads, bookings, or resolved a problem that would have otherwise gone unanswered. Volume is a starting point, not a conclusion.
Take your average value of a booked appointment or a converted lead, multiply by how many the assistant captured in a month, and compare that to the flat monthly cost. For most small businesses, a handful of recovered leads covers a $100/month cost many times over — but calculate it with your own numbers rather than assuming.
This kind of outcome-based reporting (not just usage counts) is on our own roadmap — see what's shipped and what's still coming on the FAQ and roadmap sections of our homepage.
