"Booking" shows up on a lot of chatbot feature lists, but it means very different things depending on the platform.
Many chatbots "support booking" by dropping a Calendly link into the conversation. That works, but it hands the visitor off to a separate tool mid-conversation, and the chatbot itself has no idea whether the booking actually happened.
A chatbot with real calendar integration checks your actual availability, proposes real open times, and books the appointment directly — inside the same conversation, with a confirmation email and (ideally) a video call link generated automatically if the appointment is remote.
This is one of the four things we specifically built ChatGenio to do well — see it in the features section, including the video-link and confirmation-email details.
